A Chinese Ghost Story:
By: Elchikaah Haly

You need to scare yourself, so you wanna watch a ghost movie. But since you love Asian girls so much, you decide to rent an import movie, a non-American/Canadian/European movie. You find this tape. It's called A Chinese Ghost story. You take it, then you go home and watch it.

As you can see, it's a story that happened during the medieval time, in China for sure. There's no technology and such. Only flying warriors with their sabers. Before seeing all of those stuff, you see a man being killed by a really scary giant tongue and you see that thing sucking all of the blood and soul of the poor man.

Then all of the horror disappears, and the scene change into a peaceful forest. A young man (I forgot his name, and anyway, the name of everyone in it) travels for some reasons, maybe just because he likes to wander around. You can see in his moves and his eyes that he is a such shy young man who can be scared by everything, or he can be a such stupid guy (but he is still cute and smart). You now know he is the main character.

During his adventure, he will meet a weird older man. The young man thought he was an assassin, so he tried to flee him all the time. Then one night, he meets a beautiful girl in a long white dress. She was so beautiful. The young woman begins to love him, same for the young man.

But because of the warning of the supposely assassin and strange events, the young man found out that the young woman is indeed... a ghost, and that the "assassin" is a ghost killer. But the young man knows that his love isn't so evil, though she is used by some devil to attract young tasty men so the devil can eat their blood and soul (like in the beginning).

You found out the movie isn't that scary. ;_; But it's still so kewl, and the story is soooo deep!!!!! XD

Lot of zombies, ghosts, devils, darkness, blood, humor and romance. This movie may be old (back in 1987 I think), but the special effects are pretty good, even better than most of American movies that do not use computers for special FX. This movie is a must!
